1956 -In June 1956, “Xi Jing Guesthouse” was officially established on Jiefang Road.
1978-In January 1978, the National Tourism Work Conference was held in Beijing, and the Provincial Tourism Office proposed a plan to officially call it the “Xi’an Branch of China International Travel Service”.
On April 28, 1992, the Provincial Tourism Bureau approved that the company was upgraded to a first-class travel agency and renamed as Xi’an China International Travel Service with the approval of the National Tourism Administration on April 16.
1999-The completion of the printing of the “Compilation of Management Systems for Xi’an International Travel Service Enterprises” marked the company’s entry into a new stage of institutional management
2005-Till May 20, 2005, the company was listed on the “Top 100 International Travel Agencies Honor List” by the National Tourism Administration in 2004, ranking first among travel agencies in the northwest region. In August of the same year, China International Travel Service Co., Ltd., the largest tourism group in China, successfully invested in Xi’an International Travel Service
2024-From September to November 2024, as the only hospitality provider in Shaanxi, the company successfully served 3000 American tourists from Viking Cruises to China, receiving unanimous praise from Viking’s overseas headquarters and American tourists.
By 2025, there will be over 120 online and offline stores and subsidiary companies in the province, serving nearly 400000 tourists annually.
