To strengthen the resource exchange among cultural and tourism enterprises within the province and expand the collaborative track of the cultural and tourism industry, on August 5th, Zhang Xia, Chairman of Shaanxi Huashan Tourism Group Co., Ltd., led a research team to visit Xi’an International Travel Service for a special research symposium. Relevant leaders from the marketing center, ticketing service center, China Travel Huashan Tourism Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Huashan Tourism Group Xi’an Co., Ltd., and Shaanxi Huashan Smart Tourism Business Technology Co., Ltd. accompanied the research team. Ren Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Xi’an CITS, as well as leaders in charge of the company’s management team and heads of business sectors, attended the symposium.

At the symposium, General Manager Ren Hong welcomed the visit of Chairman Zhang Xia and her delegation from Huadu Group, and expressed gratitude for the trust and support that Huadu Group has given to Xi’an CITS over the years. At the same time, he introduced the development history, brand accumulation, corporate structure, and current overall business development status of Xi’an CITS, elaborating on the company’s business layout and cultural tourism service capabilities in inbound tourism, domestic tourism, outbound tourism, conference and award tourism, channel operation, destination marketing, and other sectors.
Zhang Xia, Chairman of Huayu Group, highly praised Xi’an CITS for its comprehensive strength, professional service quality, and industry reputation. She briefly introduced the current operational and development status of the Huashan Scenic Area and the overall layout of Weinan’s comprehensive tourism resources, stating that Huayu Group should continue to “go global” and accurately grasp the first-hand needs of cooperation partners. The purpose of this field research is to face up to cooperation details, identify existing problems, and understand real demands. Based on the results of this exchange, targeted optimization of service processes and improvement of supporting systems will be implemented in the future to promote smoother and more efficient cooperation between both parties.
Subsequently, participants from both sides conducted in-depth discussions on various practical pain points faced in the process of promoting existing cooperation, and systematically analyzed optimization paths. They explored diversified cooperation paths centered around new business formats such as customized Huashan boutique routes, award-winning team building theme products, destination channel marketing, ice and snow performances, and 3D naked-eye immersive experiences.
Next, Xi’an International Travel Service and Shaanxi Huashan Tourism Group will establish a regular communication and coordination mechanism, integrate complementary advantageous resources, jointly delve into the local cultural and tourism market in Shaanxi, enrich the high-quality cultural and tourism supply in Shaanxi, and facilitate the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of the province’s cultural and tourism industry for a win-win situation.
