The Inbound Tourism Center of CITS Xi’an is a professional department integrating multilingual inbound group and individual tourism, business travel, cultural and tourism exchanges, inbound product development, and promotion. It has under its jurisdiction the UK & US Department, Americas Department, Asia-Pacific Department, Europe Department, South Korea Department, Japan Department, Russia Department, Marketing Department, Visa Department, Travel Arrangement Department, and Tour Guide Management Department, with more than 100 multilingual outreach and tour guide staff. Based on high-quality inbound business resources, it maintains long-term and stable cooperative relationships with professional travel agencies in more than 100 countries around the world. Through in-depth development of destination resources, precise allocation of tourism elements, and a professional and efficient inbound tourism service system, it receives hundreds of thousands of overseas tourists annually.

The Outbound Tourism Center of CITS Xi’an mainly engages in outbound group tourism, business travel, independent travel, visa services, and private customized tourism for Chinese citizens. Its products cover Europe, the Americas, Australia & New Zealand, Russia, Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa, cruise tours, Southeast Asia, South Korea & Japan, Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan, and island destinations. We focus on the integration of destination resources and the construction of a global reception system to provide professional, high-quality, and efficient services for Chinese citizens’ outbound tourism.

Domestic Tourism

Relying on a professional product research and development team and an excellent local reception service team, the Domestic Tourism Center of CITS Xi’an is committed to creating a high-quality travel and lifestyle experience for every customer. The center has under its jurisdiction the East China Department, Fujian Department, Shandong Department, Hainan Department, Beijing Department, Hebei Department, Yunnan Department, Xinjiang Department, Guangdong Department, Hailang Travel Department, and Local Reception Department. As a regional resource integration provider, destination product producer, and wholesaler, the Domestic Tourism Center gives full play to regional and professional advantages and specializes in developing innovative products with regional characteristics and resource advantages.

MICE Tourism

The MICE Tourism Center of CITS Xi’an is dedicated to assisting group clients such as well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, government departments, industry associations, and social organizations in designing, planning, and customizing business inspections, incentive tourism, conference management, large-scale event management, training and education, and exhibition services. It has provided high-quality professional services for hundreds of enterprises in various industries including medicine, finance, insurance, telecommunications, automobiles, and IT, as well as government clients.

Study Tourism

The Study Tourism Center of CITS Xi’an is one of the pioneering travel agencies among the first batch selected for primary and secondary school study tourism in Xi’an, as well as cross-strait(Taiwan) and outbound study tourism. It is committed to promoting a study tourism model that combines quality education with travel experience, focusing on professional, safe, and distinctive services. It has successfully launched study programs such as the “Poor Students’ Study Tourism Support Program” and the “Hand in Hand” International Exchange Program between Chinese and foreign schools.
