In order to further improve service quality and enhance enterprises’ understanding and application of advertising and market-related laws and regulations, on the morning of August 28th, Wei Xiaodong, Deputy Director of the Shuangsheng Branch of the Xi’an Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, led a delegation to Xi’an International Travel Service (CITS) and conducted a specialized training session themed “Compliance Marketing and Service Upgrade”. Officials from the Commercial and Advertising Department, the Production Factor Institute, the Law Enforcement Squadron and other relevant departments of the branch attended, with Tian Jun, the head of the Trademark Advertising Department of the Shuangsheng Branch, as the keynote speaker. More than 30 members of the company’s management team and business backbones participated in the training.

Prior to the training, Ren Hong, General Manager of Xi’an International Travel Service, held a discussion and exchange with Wei Xiaodong, Deputy Director of the Shuangsheng Branch, and his delegation. Both parties deliberated on topics such as the organizational structure, store operations, business models, and current regulatory priorities in the tourism industry. From a regulatory perspective, Vice Director Wei Xiaodong and relevant leaders of the Shuangsheng Sub bureau have clearly stated that they will strengthen compliance guidance for tourism enterprises in terms of advertising and pricing practices, with the aim of safeguarding the healthy development of enterprises.

General Manager Ren Hong emphasized that Xi’an International Travel Service will take this training as a new starting point, continuously improve the long-term mechanism of advertising compliance, and integrate the concept of “operating in accordance with the law and providing honest services” into every aspect of the company’s high-quality development.

In the subsequent training, Tian Jun, the head of the Trademark and Advertising Department of the Shuangsheng Branch, focused on common business risks faced by travel agencies. Combining multiple real-world cases to deeply explain key content such as advertising compliance, false advertising identification, comparative advertising legality, citation content usage norms, spokesperson promotion constraints, price disclosure and fraud prevention, and advertising orientation. He also systematically organized and clarified the key points of legal and regulatory application and preventive measures for the trainees.

The training session was well-attended and featured with active interaction. Participants stated that this training was highly practical , integrating both theoretical guidance and practical insights, which has strong guiding significance for standardizing marketing behavior and improving service quality in the future. After the training, Assistant General Manager Meng Gang expressed gratitude on behalf of the company to the experts from the Municipal Market Regulation Bureau for their professional guidance. He noted that this training has deepened employees’ understanding of laws and regulations, injecting positive legal impetus into the high-quality development of the enterprise.
In the future, Xi’an International Travel Service will maintain regular communication with the Municipal Market Regulation authorities, continuously improve its compliance management capabilities, and contribute to the high-quality development of the tourism industry through concrete actions.
