On February 11th, the Xi’an CITS Tour Guide and Leader Management Center organized tour guides to visit the Xi’an Museum and Xiaoyan Pagoda for off-season business training. The participants visited various exhibition halls, the phantom screen cinema, and cultural and creative stores in the museum, and conducted business exchanges and practical interpretation exercises on-site in the scenic area, further enhancing their professional competence and interpretation service level.

At the phantom screen cinema, tour guides immersively watched the themed film “Meteorological Chang’an”, gaining a deep understanding of the historical changes, architectural features of Chang’an City in the Tang Dynasty, and the cultural heritage of Jianfu Temple through the stunning audio-visual effects. They gained new inspiration on how to vividly tell relevant historical stories to tourists.
Subsequently, at the cultural and creative store, everyone carefully observed various cultural and creative products that integrated historical elements with modern design, learning how to integrate cultural and creative explanations into the touring process, enriching tourists’ cultural experiences, and enhancing the fun and interactivity of the service

After the field visit, the trainees conducted special discussions and exchange learning centered around the skills of scenic spot interpretation and emergency response to unexpected events, based on the actual scene. The learning atmosphere on site was intense, and the trainees expressed that through this field training, they had further deepened their understanding and grasp of Xi’an’s historical culture, and their professional competence and comprehensive service ability had been effectively improved.
